REQUIREMENTS

• Proven graphic design experience

• A strong portfolio of digital or print media and motion graphics

• Confidence with design software (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Cinema 4 D)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

• Understanding of design fundamentals such as colour, composition and typography

• Excellent visual and written communication skills

• Team player, flexible and adaptable style and insatiable appetite for learning

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines while shaping ambiguity

• Degree in design, fine arts or related field is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Study design briefs and determine their requirements

• Schedule and prioritise projects

• Conceptualise visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software and by hand

• Ability to interpret brand guidelines, push boundaries to achieve better visual connections

• Work with producers and creative director to produce final design

• Ability to create graphics for distribution across various media
